We are getting better and better at this smoking meat. The meatloaf and pulled pork and 8 oz prime rib is what we are showing pictures of we have half chickens and Brisket along with Salmon and a apricot Chuntey baby back ribs look really good We have been told the 1/2 smoked chickens are marvelous by a couple different people. stay tuned I will have more pictures soon. We almost sold out Friday night. We will smoke more this week and have evenings hours again Thursday and Friday 5pm to 9pm.
